Shipping and Returns

Delivery time:

We offer a 1-2 week lead time for all orders. Orders are processed quickly and customers can expect their packages to arrive within this specified time.

Free Shipping:

We offer free shipping on all orders, regardless of order value or destination.

Returns and Refund Policy:

Return period:

Customers have a period of 30 calendar days from the delivery date to request a return or refund. The return period starts on the day the package is marked as delivered by the carrier.

Return conditions:

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition with all tags attached. Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to us is not eligible for return.

Return process:

To initiate a return, customers must contact our customer service department within the 30-day return window to request a return authorization. Once the return is approved, customers will receive instructions on how to ship the item(s) back to our returns address. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Refund process:

Upon receipt and inspection of the returned items, we will process the refund within [number of days] to the original payment method used for the purchase. Refunds will include the cost of the returned items minus any applicable restocking fees (if applicable) and the original shipping costs (if the return is not due to our error).

Exchange Policy:

Unfortunately, we do not offer direct exchanges at this time. Customers who wish to exchange an item must initiate a return for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.

Exceptions:

Certain items, such as clearance or sale items, cannot be returned unless they are defective or damaged upon receipt. Personalized or customized items are also non-returnable unless there is a manufacturing defect or an error on our part.
